Cheekey Club – Free Lifetime Membership

1. Promotional Offer

1.1. Cheekey.com ("Cheekey", "we", "us" or "our") is offering eligible customers complimentary Cheekey Club membership when they successfully register by 11:59pm (UK time) on 14 November 2026.

1.2. Customers who register within this promotional period will receive Cheekey Club membership without the standard monthly subscription fee, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. The promotional membership will continue for the lifetime of the Cheekey Club programme, subject to the termination and withdrawal provisions below.

1.4. The promotional membership does not guarantee that Cheekey Club, or any particular membership benefit, will remain available indefinitely.

2. Membership Benefits

2.1. Eligible promotional members will receive access to the standard Cheekey Club membership benefits, including:

• Access to exclusive discounted accommodation rates.
• Participation in the Cheekey Keys reward scheme.
• Opportunities to earn and redeem Cheekey Keys on eligible bookings.
• Access to exclusive member-only offers and occasional promotions.

2.2. Membership benefits are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, applicable booking conditions and any additional promotional terms.

2.3. Cheekey does not guarantee any particular level of discount, availability of accommodation or quantity or value of rewards.

3. Membership Eligibility

3.1. Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over who successfully register and maintain an active Cheekey account.

3.2. Only one promotional membership is permitted per individual.

3.3. Membership is personal, non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged or assigned to another person.

3.4. Cheekey reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or cancel duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible registrations.

4. Membership Fees

4.1. Eligible promotional members will not be required to pay the standard monthly Cheekey Club subscription fee while their complimentary membership remains valid.

4.2. No subscription payment will be taken from promotional members unless they separately and expressly agree to a paid membership or another chargeable service.

4.3. If a complimentary membership ends, Cheekey may offer the customer the opportunity to continue under a paid membership plan. Any such subscription will require the customer's express agreement before charges commence.

5. Changes to Membership Benefits

5.1. Cheekey may make reasonable changes to membership benefits where necessary to reflect changes in supplier arrangements, commercial availability, operational requirements, technology, security or applicable law.

5.2. We may introduce, modify, replace or discontinue individual membership benefits, including specific discounts, promotions and reward features, where there is a legitimate reason for doing so.

5.3. Where a change materially reduces the principal benefits of membership, we will provide reasonable advance notice and explain the reason for the change, unless immediate action is required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

5.4. Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of confirmed bookings or remove accrued Cheekey Keys except where permitted under the applicable reward terms and consumer law.

6. Withdrawal or Termination of Complimentary Membership

6.1. Cheekey may withdraw or terminate an individual complimentary membership where:

• The member has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The member has engaged in fraudulent activity or abused the Cheekey Club or Cheekey Keys programme.
• The member has materially breached these Terms & Conditions.
• The member has created duplicate accounts to obtain promotional benefits.
• Continued provision of membership would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.

6.2. Cheekey may also discontinue the complimentary membership scheme where there is a genuine and substantial business or operational reason, including the permanent closure of Cheekey Club or a material change making continued operation of the complimentary scheme commercially impracticable.

6.3. Where Cheekey discontinues complimentary membership for reasons unrelated to a member's conduct, we will normally provide at least 60 days' written notice, explaining the reason for the decision.

6.4. Any withdrawal or termination will be exercised reasonably, in good faith and consistently with applicable consumer protection laws.

6.5. Termination of membership will not, by itself, cancel or change an existing confirmed accommodation booking. Any outstanding Cheekey Keys will be handled in accordance with the applicable reward terms and the member's statutory rights.

7. Cheekey Keys Reward Scheme

7.1. Complimentary members may earn and redeem Cheekey Keys on eligible bookings in accordance with the separate Cheekey Keys Terms & Conditions.

7.2. The number of Keys awarded, their redemption value and any applicable restrictions will be displayed or explained in the relevant reward terms.

7.3. Cheekey Keys have no cash redemption value unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.4. Keys may be reversed where the associated booking is cancelled, refunded or identified as fraudulent, subject to the applicable reward terms.

7.5. Any changes to the Keys programme will be communicated appropriately and will not unfairly deprive members of rewards already earned.

8. Misuse of Membership

8.1. Members must not misuse the Cheekey platform, manipulate bookings or rewards, share accounts for commercial gain or otherwise act fraudulently.

8.2. Where we reasonably identify serious misuse, we may suspend membership while investigating and, where justified, terminate membership or reverse improperly obtained benefits.

9. General Conditions

9.1. All bookings made through Cheekey.com remain subject to the applicable booking Terms & Conditions and supplier policies.

9.2. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

9.3. These terms apply specifically to the complimentary membership promotion and should be read alongside the general Cheekey Club Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

9.4. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer protection legislation.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2. Nothing in this clause prevents consumers from exercising any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law or from bringing proceedings in a court where they are legally entitled to do so.
